Can you read Spanish? If you can, you will know that this is great news for us.  

It says that as of the 2nd of March, the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF) approved our family and has placed us on the waiting list to adopt 2 children with special needs, ages 4 to 8 years old!!

The next time we hear from the ICBF it will probably be because they have selected a boy and a girl who match our request.  We are almost there. We have zero control over the timing of all of this, but we are praying for a summer trip to Colombia because that would be easiest for all of us, and give us a lot of bonding time over the summer before the school year hits again.  Please pray with us about that. 

And one more item for prayer and consideration.  As soon as we approve a referral for children to adopt, we have to make our final adoption payment of $5400.
